YMCA East Surrey is excited to launch three of the summer Challenge fundraising events in their 2024 programme.
The Island Cycle Challenge | 7- 9 June 2024
Sign up for an epic 200-mile circular cycle from Redhill to the breathtaking Isle of Wight and back. The route takes in all that’s best about the Island – winding through villages with thatched houses and over the chalk downs that make this route unique.
The ride is suitable for all abilities and free training rides and guidance on all aspects on cycling are offered in advance to ensure you gain all the skills you need to make this an event to remember.
Scafell Summits Trek | 21-23 June 2024
Reach for the sky with this year’s spectacular mountain trek and scale Scafell Pike, the highest peak in England, at the dizzy height of 3208 feet!
This one-day challenge is suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced climbers, with three walk options available, all led by experienced hill walkers.
Get ready to push your boundaries and revel in breathtaking views!
Amsterdam 500 Cycle Challenge | 11–14 July 2024
Take on the 500km journey from Redhill to the dazzling city of Amsterdam in just 3 days, cycling through four different countries.
This unforgettable ride promises stunning European scenery and a sense of accomplishment like no other.
YMCA East Surrey events are suitable for all abilities. The experienced Challenge team offers free training walks and rides, ensuring those taking part gain all the skills needed before their fundraising adventure begins.
