Transforming young lives in East Surrey
Our Life Change Fund was set up in 2021 to raise funds for projects to help young people get their lives back on track following the impact of COVID-19.
The fund supports a range of YMCA services and projects to address these needs and help young people build the resilience, belief and confidence to overcome the challenges they face. In the past, this has enabled us to purchase our mobile youth bus (Y Bus) and furnish a new semi-independent move-on property for young homeless people.
Help to build a brighter future for young people
Last year with your help we raised £80k towards refurbishment costs and furniture for individual bedrooms and communal areas at our new move-on accommodation for six young people in Redhill.
All money raised from our 2025 challenge events will go towards our Life Change Fund set up to help young people belong, contribute and thrive through YMCA East Surrey’s charitable projects.
