Welcome to the YMCA Sports & Community Centre!
The YMCA Sports and Community Centre in Redhill has something for everyone to enjoy, from our well-equipped gym, to our range of fitness classes and community sports. Our Inclusive Sports Facility allows us to offer a comprehensive programme of disability sports and physical activities for people with long-term term ill health.
Opening times
Monday to Friday | 07:00-21:00
Saturday & Sunday | 08:00-17:00
We are currently undergoing some building improvements at our centre. The YMCA Sports & Community Centre was built in 1991 and we are reinvigorating our existing space to enhance the facilities for those attending our gym and fitness classes, as well as offer improved facilities for children attending out-of-school childcare and recreational activities.
The main improvements are as follows:
- A permanent dividing wall between the free weights’ gym area and the old sports hall which will also allow us to upgrade and soundproof both spaces
- A new fitness/spin studio space for fitness classes which will double up as a meeting room and activity space for CYP
- Refreshed first floor children and young people’s activity areas, kitchen, offices and toilets
- Improved ventilation and cooling
- Environmental improvements including LED lighting and other upgrades to enhance energy efficiency and reduce emissions
- Installation of EV car chargers

Thank you in advance for your patience. If you have any questions regarding the work, please email princesroad@ymcaeastsurrey.org.uk.
