Welcome to The Old Pheasantry’s new nature area! This space is designed to provide a fun environment for exploration, and appreciation of the natural world.
Key features
Trails: Enjoy walking along the paths throughout the nature area and seeing what wildlife you find
Bird Watching: We have bird feeders to attract them for wildlife viewing and nature photography.
Pond: Discover the wonders of our pond with dragonflies and other small insects.
Picnic Area: To be designed
Education Hub: To be completed
Guidelines
Stay on Marked Trails: To preserve natural habitats.
Leave No Trace: Please take all rubbish with you.
Respect Wildlife: Observe animals from a distance.
Avoid Getting Too Close: Keep a safe distance from the water’s edge to prevent slipping and to avoid disturbing wildlife. For safety and to protect the pond’s ecosystem, swimming or wading in the pond is not allowed.
Stay Hydrated and Sun Safe: Bring water and sunscreen to stay hydrated and protected from the sun.
Wear Appropriate Footwear: Sturdy, non-slip shoes are recommended to prevent slips and falls.

£100 per session (09:00-12:00 or 13:00-16:00)
Booking process
Check availability using our online availability calendar below.
Send us an e-mail with provisional booking request, using the button below.
We will then send a booking form and terms & conditions for you to complete. Please complete and return the booking form.
An acknowledgement will be sent with an invoice to follow with full payment due 1 month prior to the visit.
