YMCA East Surrey now manages and owns The Old Pheasantry following a merger with Land and City Family Trust (LCFT).
This historic property, located on Colley Hill, dates back to 1912 and sits on five acres of beautiful countryside near the North Downs Way. It currently serves as a residential center for a special needs school and offers accommodation for groups of up to 26 children and young people.
With a shared mission to support disadvantaged children and young people, YMCA East Surrey and LCFT are committed to ensuring the future success of this important facility. The YMCA already brings positive impact to over 8,100 young people across Surrey through its extensive services in childcare, sports, youth work, short breaks for children with disability and counselling.
